We hope you are happy with your purchases from Gable & Grain, however if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund if returned within 14 days of receipt. Any made to order items or gift wrapping is non-refundable, nor eligible for an exchange. We are unable to reimburse postage costs.

If your item has arrived damaged, we are only able to offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days. We will require images of the packaged box, as well as images showing the damage to the item in order to process this.

Please kindly note, all items must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please ensure they are packaged securely to prevent any damage in transit. Please obtain proof of posting in case the parcel fails to reach us, and where possible send on a tracked service. Once received and checked I shall notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, a refund will then be processed back to your original payment method.
